Family Photo Session Treasure Island​

Hey friends,

I recently had the pleasure of capturing a family photo session at Treasure Island that was truly special. The couple, along with their 6 month old son and their beloved dog, were moving away from San Francisco to another state and they wanted a lasting memory of their time in this beautiful city.

As we walked around the island, taking in the unique combination of city and nature views, it was clear to me that the family was truly cherishing this moment together. The island, built in 1936-37 for the 1939 Golden Gate International Exposition, now a California Historical Landmark, offered the perfect setting for their goodbye to the city they called home.

The variety of backgrounds available on the island, from the Bay Bridge and the San Francisco skyline, to the natural landscapes, made it easy to capture the love and connection that the family shared. And as the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the island, the atmosphere became even more magical.

It was a privilege to be able to capture this special moment in the family’s lives, and I am sure that these photos will serve as a cherished reminder of their time in San Francisco.
